Elite Events is now offering Equipment Rentals. That's right, the equipment used for our events are now available to rent for any occasion. This includes microphone rentals for ceremonies, photobooth rentals for events, room lighting and uplighting, and cold sparklers. We use high quality equipment for all events, and now you get to use the same high quality equipment at any event that you are putting on.

Pricing for equipment rentals can vary based on your needs. But, here is a short list of the equipment that is available for rent, a brief description, and a cost as well.

Microphone Equipment Rentals for Events - This includes two Lapel Microphones, two Wireless Handheld Microphones, a Speaker, and a Speaker Stand. Rental includes setup. Average cost: $200 to rent per event.

Photobooth Equipment Rental - This includes one standup Photobooth, and Leafy Green Backdrop, and an unlimited amount of photos, videos, boomerangs, and slo-mo videos. Rental includes setup. Average cost: $200 - $400 to rent per event

Room Lighting and Uplighting Equipment Rental - This includes 8 Uplights that can be set around the room, for mood lighting, or for party lighting. Cost includes setup of the Uplights. Uplights can be set to any color of your choice (Red, Green, Blue, Purple, etc.). Uplights are also sound responsive, and can be set to change based on the music. Average cost: $200 - $400 to rent per event.

Cold Sparklers Equipment Rental - This includes two cold sparklers machines, and enough material to run the Cold Sparklers several times throughout the event. Cold Sparklers can be used indoors, as they do not emit heat. Rather, it is a chemical reaction with a unique powder that does no damage to indoor or outdoor flooring, ceilings, or walls. Average cost: $200 - $400 to rent per event.
